The story of Tosca House
Tosca House is a Spring 2026 renovated farmhouse from 1700 with three floors. Just like Boris House, Tosca House is very dog-friendly. So, as much comfort and amenities for dogs as possible... but also everything necessary to give humans a great holiday!
The three floors in Tosca are connected by closed staircases covered with robust carpet, so that dogs can walk on them easily. However, Tosca is also suitable for dogs that are not allowed or dare not walk stairs: they can also go from one floor to another outside, without walking stairs. And there is also a gate to close off the stairs for the dogs.
Downstairs you will find the kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Both bathroom and kitchen can be heated electrically. The first floor is reserved for the living room, with a sitting area and dining area around a wood stove. The second floor is a sleeping loft. Tosca is a cosy, atmospheric cottage, modernly furnished with respect for the old architectural style.
Like Boris, Tosca has all the necessary amenities for dogs: drinking and eating bowls, sleeping areas with blankets and rugs, toys and much more.
Tosca House is also equipped with all the necessary amenities for humans. A monitor with DVD player (with many different DVDs), radio-CD-USB-iPod player (also a large number of CDs available). Kitchen with electric stove and oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, and all the small kitchen appliances you would possibly need.
In the sleeping loft, there are two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, but can also be placed as two single beds on request. In the living room, there is an additional double sofa bed. There are plenty of pillows and single duvets available.
The grounds at House Tosca are terraced. On the lowest level is a wooden deck terrace with a wooden table and chairs. Then there is an intermediate level, where there is a small “chapel” in a wall, and above that begins the forest, a large part of which also belongs to the garden. Behind the house is another small shaded terrace where you can also sit and relax.
Sun loungers, parasols and a gas barbecue complete the outdoor experience. Upon request a WiFi is available throughout the house and on the terrace.

Prices are based on two people sharing. We charge €15 per day for each additional person. There are no additional costs for dogs, no high season supplement and no other costs apart from the statutory tourist tax.
